Job Description

We are a Dispatch and Customer Service providing company. We work with "Transportation Companies" around the globe in helping them run their backend operations smoothly. Backend Operations include handling all customer service tasks, making reservations, scheduling the drivers, making sure each and every ride of the day is going smoothly, and taking care of the dispatch. We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist" to join us on an immediate basis. A handsome salary package will be offered.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

All 3 shifts are available (Morning, Evening, and Night)

Must-have Requirements:

  • Must be extremely fluent in the English language.
  • Must be a computer literate person.
  • Candidates with “Transportation Dispatch” Experience are preferable.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of one year of Customer Service experience.
  • The candidate should be a strong and confident personality.

Working hours are 6 days a week 8 hours a day, and the day off can be decided according to your preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  • All customer service tasks, such as taking phone calls, replying to emails and chats
  • Making reservations
  • Scheduling the drivers
  • Make sure each and every ride of the day is going smoothly
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about service, pricing, and availability


  • At least 1 - 3 years of work experience in the customer service/support industry (Call Centers)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work


30k - 40k for starters with excellent English communication skills.
40k - 50K for experienced professionals having hands-on experience with dispatch.

The actual salary will be decided based on skills and experience at the time of the interview.
