Responsibilities
· Attendthe visitors decently and elegantlyand apprise the visitors about thedevelopmental activities and saleable or available plots,
Highlightthe salient features of the project through printed flyers and multimediapresentation,
Expressthe mode of payment for the saleable plots to clients,
Arrangesite visit for potential buyers and visitors to show the substantialachievements in infrastructure and horticulture development,
Negotiate with plot purchasers on the rates as defined by the CE,
Prepare a list of visitors (name, profession and contact details) and complete sale proceeding papers on daily basis.
Passon all desirable information about sale proceedings to HO and coordinate in data entry etc,
Regularly reconcile all proceedings pertain to his assignment with the CE and Accountant HO.
Contact the defaulters for recovery of arrears or outstanding amount.
Education Required:
MBA(Marketing) or equivalent from recognized institution.
