THE ACTUAL JOB.

The position is open to citizens of Pakistan who are lookingto work abroad.

We are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia (Graphic)Designer + Photographer/Videographer capable of working in a team environmentbased in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Multimedia designers are responsible for creating graphicdesign and media content for clients, hence they must have strongorganizational skills and the highest attention to detail. They must be capableof doing research as it is at the base of anything we do, as well as being opento exploring and implementing the latest and up-and-coming design trends invarious fields.

A Multimedia designer should be comfortable working withvarious types of content, and on projects such as branding, print collateraldesign and social media design.

Photography and videography knowledge is essential.

Openness to growth and eagerness towards gaining newskillsets as there’s always room to train and gain new skills to be afully-fledged multi-disciplined team member. Internally we encourage team-work,and multimedia designers must be comfortable working in teams in order toachieve tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

Design, capture, record with purpose: a visual artistis a person that puts a lot of thought into their work, and beforecreating/capturing anything, they must think about the purpose of what they’reproducing, how an audience would respond to it, what makes it great, and how itfulfills the clients’ objectives.

Responsibilities

Conceptualizing and developing concepts for graphic design,marketing projects, and various photoshoots (fashion, weddings, events, food,campaigns, etc.).

Presenting concepts and design/media material to clients.

Implementing design and media content on both digital andprint platforms, with an understanding of how each platform works and what ismost suitable for it.

An ideal candidate would be:

Experienced with using the following software and/orequipment:

·         Photoshop

·        Illustrator

·         Premiere

·         InDesign

·         Aftereffects (preferred)

·         Lightroom

Equipment

·         Cameraequipment

·         Lightingequipment

·         Audioequipment

Must have most of the following skillsets:

·        Photography

·        Videography (conceptualization, direction/production, post-production, etc.)

·         Layout andTypography

·         Logodesign

·         Web design

·         UX/UIDesign

·        Illustration (optional)

·        Conceptualization

·         Socialmedia management (Optional)

·        Copywriting (Optional)

·        Multitasking

·         TimeManagement

·        Communication skills:

          >  Fluentin English, Socially adept, and work with Arabic lettering (preferred)

·         Capable ofpresenting their own work to clients

·        Negotiating pricing

·         Open tofeedback from senior team members/director.

Job Type: Full-time; visa and company transportprovided.

Contract duration: 2 years minimum (Fixed).

Pay/Salary/Remuneration: PKR63,000 to PKR75,000 permonth + quarterly performance-based bonus.

Experience: Visual (Graphic/Multimedia) Design+Photography/Cinematography: 2 to 5+ years

Education: BSc/BA in the related fields (minimum) +Msc/MA (optional)
