OutBond Telesales Manager
· Assists Director of Sales with the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies in order to maximize the organization unit’s revenues
· Provides analytics for executive level management as needed, to allow them to make good business decisions that will grow the business based on the information provided
· Works with Sales Team in the development of scripts and strategies for leveraging products and services
· Handles escalated customer issues and resolves them to customers’ satisfaction and provide feedback to Product Management on issues that can be addressed in the programs
· Lead, motivate and drive the performance of the Telesales Team
· Set sales targets, monitor performance and work with Team Lead to meet monthly targets
· Analyse, report, review and appraise individual sales performance and team performance
· Build a highly motivated, energized and high performing Telesales Team
· Manage and resolve customers’ issues escalated by Team Lead
· 3 -5 years of experience in telesales/call center (Software house)
