Personal Assistant to theManaging Director – Summary

If hired the PA will be exposed to the startup culture, will workhands on with the industry veterans, will learn multifarious dynamics of thepharma industry, will be involved alongside co-founders in the key roles suchas international agreements, will have a growing number of responsibilities asthe PA progresses, and will be on road to become a significant role in theorganization.

Required skills:

Primary Skills (candidates willbe evaluate based on the following skills):

Excellent communication skills. Specifically, spoken and writtenEnglish. Exceptional overall communications skills whether at grass-root levelor the senior management. This will be the most pivotal criterion for thecandidate’s assessment.

Typing and note taking. Creating highlights and briefs for themeetings. Coordinating meeting highlights and deliverables to the management.

Scheduling. Making appointments. Organizational and timemanagement skills are essential.

Fast on the toes and high attention to detail.

Ability to create basic e-mail drafts for clients and businessentities.

Proficient at MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Basic MS Excel skills arepreferred.

WhatsApp messaging, group messaging and video conferencing abilityare essential. Video teleconferencing experience is preferred such that ofSkype and WebEx.

Fcs/ High School in sciences is recommended, whatever the terminaldegree may be. Bachelors is recommended but not necessary.

1-2 years of professional experience is recommended.

File organizations. Creating backups for electronic files. Andmaintaining physical files.

Basic internet searching. Advance internet searching isrecommended.

Ability to relay TOP-DOWN management instructions, ideas and concepts.

Adept coordination skills for communication with upper management.

Conducting research on behalf of the MD.

Organizing the MD’s personal commitments.

Point of contact for the MD.

Personify and resonate company culture.

Secondary Requirements(candidates won’t be at a disadvantage if they aren’t able to fulfill thefollowing):

Basic Adobe photoshop and/or graphic designing experience will bevalued. G-mail suite experience is recommended.

Pharma Industry experience will be valued.

Social media branding experience is recommended.
