Job Description
Have a goods skill to approach new vendors and negotiated with goods price for company benefit. Maintain records of goods Purchase ordered and received. Locate vendors of materials, for equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers’ vendors or freight forwarders.
- Develop and implement ways to measure suppliers to drive continuous performance improvement
- Managing supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to details
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
- Demonstrate productivity gain through continuous improvement
- Develop, execute, and improve operations procedures with strong disciplines.
Required:
- Must have at least 1 or 2 years experience of working in a manufacturing concern.
- Must be a Graduation / BBA / or any other professional qualification.
