Job duties & responsibility
1. Public Relationship Officers buildconnections on behalf of the company.
2. You may call existing clients to ensure theirsatisfaction, network within the
community toidentify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s
3. Getting reasonable compensation for theclients from at‑faulty party insurance
4. Ensuring the timely response to the concernsof all the parties involved with the help
5. Maintain the verbal / telephonic and writtencorrespondence with the at faulty party
6. preparing Invoice for the service provided tothe Client and make sure for invoice
7. Resolving the disputes or issue in theprocess of settlement of invoice.
8. Effectively convincing the acquired trainingand knowledge to the junior colleague.
