Understand client's need, requirement and quality standards also communicate them production teams.

• Devising ways to improve manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Setting requirements for raw materials from suppliers & monitoring their compliance.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Inspect final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
• Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
