OutrightLLC is currently looking for a competent candidate to join our team for the role of QC Executive.
Job Description:
- The candidate should have strong control and quality mindset and experience in quality control and analysis.
- Review and evaluate calls for content, grammar, quality, and accuracy, as well as relevance to the set standards for the calls.
- The candidate will monitor calls to measure performance and ensure that the company’s strategic objectives and requirements are being met during the calls.
- Experience in writing, clear, concise, and comprehensive quality control reports.
- Research on the best quality standards and continually refine the quality practices to increase the customers’ satisfaction.
- Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple calls with total accuracy and attention to detail.
- Share ideas and opinions to improve the quality of our internal processes & procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
- Works well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be acquainted with British and American spellings and accents.
