Job Description:

We Are HIRING "Real Estate Executives". That person is to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate and wants to stand out of the crowd and do something different to be an image of their own rather than just working for others.

Responsibilities:

• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Desired Skills:

• Proven track of successful direct sales record
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a must
• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification; Bachelor
• Proven 2-3 years working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate agent
• Must have own vehicle
• Hands-on experience in selling Commercial properties will be given preference.
• Females are encouraged to apply

Timings: 10 am to 6 pm

Incentives will be given other than a basic salary
