· Negotiating and convincing customers to pay their outstanding payments.
· Convincing customer to pay their overdue payments.
· Contribute to team efforts to accomplish results.
· Process payment over calls, emails and chat.
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly collection reports.
· Identify compliance issue that requires follow-up.
