Description of Internship:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Recruiters to join our career consulting firm based in Germany. As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals throughout their job search process, providing guidance, training, and coaching to help them successfully apply for job opportunities.

Tasks:

Application Assistance:

• Help candidates identify suitable job opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Assist candidates in tailoring their resumes and cover letters to match specific job requirements and effectively highlight their qualifications.

Requirements:

• Passion for supporting individuals in their career development and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms for candidate support.
• Fluency in English
