is seeking a highly motivated individual for “Online Bidder” profiles who must have exposure in proposal making, generating leads & analyzing client requirements at Upwork and Bark.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• The candidate is responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Bark etc. for Web Design, SEO, Social Media, Web Development, App Development, and Graphic Design Projects.
• Candidates must have the required skills for handling International clients.
• Must have excellent written communication skills.
• He would be responsible for bidding on Digital Marketing, Web Development, and E-Commerce Development projects.
• Candidates must have knowledge of the IT Industry, website design, UI/UX, graphic designing, and development tools and technologies.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. that result in new projects/sales
• Experience in interacting with clients from the US Country will be preferable.
• Performance and KPIs will be measured on the basis of achieving monthly sales targets
