Job Position: Sales & Collection Representative

Company: Hayat Packages (S&ME sector)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges. Create sales strategies according to the market trends.
• Report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with management and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments or debts.
• Investigate historical data for each debt, bill or receivable.
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
• Take actions to encourage customers for timely due, overdue, or debt payments.
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues. 
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Requirements:

• Relevant field experience of more than 2 year. 
• Academic qualifications and other credentials will be appreciated.
• Great interpersonal and analytical skills with persuasive mindset. (mandatory)
• Languages: English, Urdu, and Punjabi. 

Job Package Details:

Agreed Salary + 2% Sales Commission on achieved Sales Target Profit. Yearly increments based on your performance.
