Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
Creates new and innovative ideas to increase sales
Evaluates the performance of salespeople
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
By working in the office and going to market, resolve all the problems with on-the-ground sales
Makes sales goals with the help of the project manager and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
BBA graduate in Marketing or Sales.
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficient
Ability to work as part of a team
Can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours as and when needed
Capable enough to deal with indoor and outdoor clients
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners, or b2b customers.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
