Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Creates new and innovative ideas to increase sales
  • Evaluates the performance of salespeople
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
  • Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • By working in the office and going to market, resolve all the problems with on-the-ground sales
  • Makes sales goals with the help of the project manager and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • BBA graduate in Marketing or Sales.
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  •  Can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours as and when needed
  • Capable enough to deal with indoor and outdoor clients
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners, or b2b customers.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
