Job Description
- Responsible for calling potential customers using a given directory to sell products and services.
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customers inquiries and complaints
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s/ services’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Follow-up on leads and prospects generated through any of our marketing channel and maintain accurate records on the system
- Communicate clearly, comprehensively, and with complete professional and personal integrity
- Consult and make recommendations to prospect customers as per their business needs
- Meet personal target (monthly, quarterly and annual targets)
- Assure the preparation of all the required documents from the client’s side to create smooth processing environment
- Assist with preparation of sales material or various other assigned projects as required
- Participate in internal/external surveys
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and business ethics code
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing(preferred)
