Keeping track of sales leads and following up with potential clients
Providing clients with information about financing options and assisting with the mortgage application process
Coordinating with other members of the sales team, as well as with other professionals such as lawyers and appraisers, to ensure that all aspects of a real estate transaction are handled smoothly
To be successful in this role, a real estate sales executive should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. They should also be well-organized and able to manage their time effectively.
