The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Generate leads through various channels / platforms, email marketing, and networking events.
- Conduct demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with other teams such as product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to better serve our clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Manager.
- 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
