Prefer at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role such as Education consulting 

admissions representative, mortgage broker, insurance sales, financial

services or similar positions.

Work profile requires exemplary communication skills, focus, and a go-getter attitude to reach sales target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and achieving set performance goals.

Explaining course details and admission procedures to prospective clients and candidates through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, and supporting them throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents is what an ideal day would be looking like.

Job Description includes:

1. Counselling, Conversion, Payments, and Reporting

Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career, etc

Verify documents and credentials as per need

Convert to admission

Follow up on registration and fee payment

2. Customer service:

Ensure a pleasant experience for all the prospective learners

Help them in their transactions for admissions/fee payment/course progress etc

3. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification and Experience:

Proficiency in English is a must. Other Languages would be an added advantage.

Graduates with a minimum of 1-2 years experience and fresher in Sales/Tele-sales/admissions counseling in the education/training sector
