Job Description


We are seeking an experienced, energetic, active and organized Company Secreatary & Administrative Staff member to join our growing company, Saremco International, an international trading company of agricultural products particularly animal feed and forage. In this position, you will provide administrative and secretarial support for the CEO and department to bring efficiency and improvement in administration. 

In addition to data-entry, report-writing, filing and scheduling, you will perform duties such as ERP management, coordinate direct mailings and work on special projects. Other duties will include managing complex activities, meetings and events. 


  • Respond & follow-up to phone calls and emails on behalf of the company secretary and CEO. 
  • Organize and provide documents, reports, and information.
  • Create documents including brochure, flowcharts, trading documents and official letters.
  • Plan meetings and partner visits and arrange and manage meetings.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain and improve electronic and physical files.
  • Maintain and improve workspace, computer, and supplies for other staffs.
  • Manage and renew online resources including website domains and credentials.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with outside agencies and other departments.
  • Work independently and within a team on special projects, which could include presentations, mailings, or proofreading. Improve administration for the growing company by understanding possibility and limitation.

  • Minimum of degree in business administration 3-5 years experience in administration
  • Ability to commute daily to the office in time Equipped with own laptop
  • Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping principles, and international trading
  • Strong English-language skills, including writing, grammar and spells, particularly for official letter writing Excellent in use of Microsoft Words, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines
  • Ability to identify errors and solve problems actively
  • Result-oriented and ability to accomplish tasks without supervising
