Job Description

1. Provide excellent customer service, questioned purpose for INWARD/OUTWARD from Transporter/Driver and about logistics details, for the first impression.
2. Provide a visible presence to the designated position – should remain visible when seated in Check post.
3. Monitor and control entrance and departure of Vehicle/Parcel/Partner according to prescribed protocol – (will going to be shared in the training)
4. Transfer the working procedure to the alternate Staff or replacement duty staff – handover the stamp and information to duty staff.
5. Controls traffic by directing drivers – make sure to clear the main path, and ensure parking to the visible order for naked-eye surveillance of Loading Dock and Basement, or Gate as positioned accordingly.
6. Observing for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances – report to the duty supervisor for actions –
7. Report rule infractions and violations –
8. Monitor and prevent movement of prohibited items into and out of designated premises – (already in the SOP of Prohibited Material)
9. Contact relevant authorities (i.e. Security Supervisor / Retail and FnB / Store or relevant Operational Staff as instructed/defined) to deal with unlawful or irregular activities –
10. Use radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner –
11. Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to Employees and Retailers/Customers or Visitors –
12. Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues –
13. Take accurate notes of (IF) unusual occurrences, or Report to the Duty Supervisor immediately –
14. Patrol randomly or regularly according to the defined/as instructed designated areas or perimeter or route or defined security itinerary –
15. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed –
16. Remain in compliance with Lucky Landmark’s regulations or standards (if briefed/defined) – should be connected with the Duty officer/coordinator of security.
17. Adhere to all company services and updated operating standards.
