Job Description

• Supervise all work onsite from start through to handover of the project. 

• Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. 

• Delegate tasks to other team members and sub-contractors. 

• Must have your own bike and Smart phone. 

• Must be able to read, write and understand English. 

• 1-3years + experience as a Site-Supervisor on civil or interior projects. 

• Great Character & like-minded values. 

• Experience in purchasing, leading a team and overseeing multiple projects. 

• Act as a mentor to the trades on-site and be open to trade allocation. 

• Eager to learn & develop your current skills. 

• Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices. 

• Passion for quality building.
