Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, and videos)
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Collaborate with Manager to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about thecompany, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media
Translate content and other materials from English to Arabic
