Job Description

We require a talented and competent social media manager at our office in Gulberg, Lahore with the following accomplishments and attributes:

- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis
- Curate content and coordinate with designers, editors, and content writers to maintain a regular flow of daily posts
- Increase brand awareness
- Must have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Create and implement a social media plan in line with brand's objectives and values
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Must be ambitious, proactive and respectful to team members
- Must be adaptable, dependable and responsible
- Actively participate in meetings and voice feedback for improvement and suggestions
- Be on time in meeting deadlines and attending office hours
- Be a good listener to the feedback of team members and address any difficulties or disagreements that arise.
