Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to create and maintain seamless planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales for our customers across all social platforms. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Responsibilities:

1-  Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

2- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

3- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals.

4- Set specific objectives as well as report on ROI.

5- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).

6- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

7- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.

8- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and also customer service to ensure brand consistency.

9- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

10- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and also competitions.

11- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and also trends in social media, design tools, as well as applications.

Requirements:

Good to have Social Media Manager skills:

1- Proven work experience as a Social media manager.

2- Excellent copywriting skills.

3- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and also video).

4- knowledge of SEO, keyword research as well as Google Analytics.

5- Knowledge of online marketing channels.

6- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players as well as coordinate actions.

7- Excellent communication skills.

8- Analytical and multitasking skills.
