A Well renowned FMCG is looking for an experienced Supply chain & Procurement executive  

 Skills & capabilities: 

•Computer literate, good command over written and oral communication and correspondence in English and Urdu.  

•Ability to conduct research and present data in a well written manner. 

•Ability to work with large amount of data resulting from a large number of SKUs

•Ability to work independently and with professional discretion

•Good negotiation skills & Vendor Management, Planning specialist

 Responsibilities: 

•Plan Inventory and production and sync orders with sales assuring maintenance of appropriate stocks levels at Warehouse.

•Coordinating with Sales & Marketing for ongoing campaigns and new products launches

•Keeping a close eye on Factory Production via DMR (Daily Manufacturing Report) and do Demand Planning for proper availability

•This position is mainly responsible for sourcing, evaluating & negotiating with suppliers/vendors

•Making & implementing procurement policies and procedures (SOP).

•Evaluating vendors/suppliers based on quality and review performance based upon internal departments feedback.

•Handling requests for information, quotations, proposals, and negotiation processes related to vendor inquiries

•Reconciling vendor statements and correct discrepancies

•Developing systems for the function.

•Managing procurement and purchasing, and complete database management of inventory on various tech tools.

•Look after the procurement related tasks such as purchase of required raw material and packaging material, coordinating with 3rd party manufacturers and ensuring desired stock levels are available at all times.

 Experience: 

Ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning of FMCG firm.
