Our Exciting Opportunity! We are looking for System Administrator who will have E2E Accountability and Responsibility for the successful availability of the IT Infrastructure – Servers and VMs, preferably in Telco environments. Day to day monitoring of HW, OS and VM. Steer analysis and resolution of any fault. Coordinate with 3PP for the resolution of faults. Supervise backup status every day, tackle any failure, bring up and coordinate with vendor for resolution, period testing of restoration. Ensure Successful cross collaboration across team and services reporting. You will Assess the IT infrastructure also having ability to guide the teams. Operator’s possess (ITIL, eTOM) knowledge and hands on experience on providing solutions to Web and Application Servers: Apache / Nginx / Http running on LINUX OS Provide the optimum solution in Server, Storage, Networking and Middle ware services Prepare, maintain Documentation, Reports & provide follow-up status on identified tasks Work as a team member, providing support to colleagues as and when required. Perform periodic review of the UNIX IT policies and standards to ensure that IT infrastructure is aligned to technology standards.
