• Troubleshooting and diagnostic the Machine.
• Configure internet & Wi-Fi with dynamic as well as static.
• Set system slow speed.
• Registry or Windows registry.
• I/O configures.
• All software configures and installed with register key.
• Microsoft configures and installed with register.
• Microtik handle.
• Installation firewalls like Proxy Server Firewalls, Packet Filters
• Create a shared folder on Remote and system to system.
• Installation of all antivirus with register key. Like (bit defender. Norton. McAfee. Panda. Bull Guard).
• Routing and IP configure.
• Installation all types of VPN like Express VPN, Nord VPN, Surfs hark.
• Server handling and window server installation
• Remote handling. And configure.
• All windows installations

Requirements:

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.(BS/CS, BS/IT, MCS/BCS)
• 2 years of experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer
• In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in any international call center.
• Excellent client-dealing skills.
• Excellent English / Good communication skills will be preferred.
