Location:Barkat Market, Lahore

ShiftTiming: 06:00 PM till 03:00 AM

Salary:RS 40,000.00 - RS 50,000.00 per month

We are looking fora well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting salesand donations over the telephone.

A successfultelesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as salesability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle allaspects of making a sale.

Responsibilities:

• Handel in-boundand out-bound calls.

• Manage andresolve customer complaint.

• Identify andescalate priority issue.

• Document allpertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system.

• Follow communicationprocedures, guidelines, and policies.

• Negotiating withcustomers and making sales.

Requirementsand skills:

• Minimum 1 yearproven experience as telesales representative.

• Proven trackrecord of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

• Good knowledgeof relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).

• Ability to learnabout products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

• Excellentknowledge of English.

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

• Cool-temperedand able to handle rejection.
