Location: Barkat Market,Lahore
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM till 04:00 AM
Salary: RS 40,000.00 - RS 50,000.00 per month
 
We are looking for a well-spoken sales representative to be responsible forsoliciting sales and donations over the telephone.
 
A successful sales representative has excellent communication skills as well assales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handleall aspects of making a sale.
 
Responsibilities:
• Handel in-bound and out-bound calls.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRMsystem.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Negotiating with customers and making sales.
 
Requirements and skills:
• Minimum 1-year of proven experience as telesales representativeof internet & Cable in USA Campaign.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over thephone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software).
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them toprospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address issues andcomplaints.
