Job Description

Manage front and back end webdevelopers as well as work with hosting partners and third-party developers toensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

Perform code reviews and providefeedback on all internal and external code.

Lead scoping, development planning,and technical architecture for all aspects of the company

Understand available and potentialimplementation techniques and propose the most appropriate approach.

Serve as a high level technicalresource for the team and assume responsibility for problem-solving.

Identify, evaluate, and implementnew platforms and online systems, both internal and external that could bebeneficial to the goals of the company.

Develop and manage complex projectplans, ensure timelines are accurate and expectations are communicated and workwith team members to understand problems, dependencies, and project milestones.

Identify, articulate and manage projectrisks and issues as well as drive project risks and issues through toresolution using project management methodology.

Develop key project documentation toensure staff member(s) and/or consultant(s) have a complete, sharedunderstanding of what is needed to complete projects.

Analyze and report on the projectmetrics, e.g. hours expended vs. hours estimated, project progress, risk andissues.

Daily communication with variousteam leaders, upper management as well as sales and marketing, outside partnersand clients and others, for direction, strategy, and priority.
